Will has been an active member of Christchurch Labour Party for the past 18 months and is currently Vice Chair Membership and Social Media co-coordinator. He is passionate about social equality throughout our area and keen to improve the lives of people living in Christchurch. After seeing 1st hand the current council's lack of empathy towards its residents and total mismanagement of the new Council Merger, he would like to be a fresh pair of eyes and ears for the people of Christchurch.

Will lives in Christchurch with his wife and border terrier puppy, Vera. Will enjoys spending his free time at the beach or in The New Forest on long walks. He’s a regular competitor at his local pub quiz, is a long-suffering Newcastle FC supporter and is an avid music fan and globetrotter.

Gillian got involved with Christchurch Labour due to the results of Tory austerity in Christchurch. She is deeply concerned about the rise in homelessness and the lack of affordable homes within our community. She is passionate about saving our high street because of the poor conditions it has been left in by the Tory councillors and understands that the severe congestion restricts residents and that it needs a radical solution. The NHS is under threat from Tory privatisation and Gillian wants it to be properly funded and social care within Christchurch is properly managed.

She is passionate about environmental issues and is resolute over her desire to protect the local environment and ecology, to ensure that our children can grow up within a green and sustainable world. Gillian is a retired school teacher and lifelong socialist, becoming an active member of Christchurch Labour Party 3 years ago and has lived in the area for over 40 years, bringing her son up in Highcliffe with her husband.
