Antionette has been involved with Christchurch Labour for over 10 years and has spent considerable amount of time volunteering within the community. She is retired, having spent most of her working life in the care industry she now volunteers her time with the local community group Christchurch in Action, which aims to reduce social isolation. She also attends the local residence association, taking a great deal of interest in local issues.
She has lived in Christchurch for 30 years and has five grown-up children, who have all attended local schools. She has stood three times in the local elections in the past and is passionate and dedicated in her desire to help the local community.
